Six time champion jockey Kieren Fallon has failed in his High Court bid to have his British riding ban, imposed on him by the Horseracing Regulatory Authority, lifted.
Fallon was banned by the jockey club pending a criminal trial after he and 10 others were charged by City of London police in relation to a race-fixing investigation.
Fallon was hoping the judge would lift the injunction allowing him to resume race riding in Britain until his trial is heard at the end of next year.
Fallon will now have to return to the Horseracing Regulatory Authority for re-hearing of his case.
