Fallon’s appeal

Fallon’s appeal

Champion Irish jockey Kieren Fallon's appeal against his riding suspension will be heard by the Horseracing Regulatory Authority (HRA) tomorrow.

Banned from racing until his trial next year, Fallon was surprisingly banned from race riding in England by the HRA while a trainer facing the same charge Alan Berry, was allowed to continue to training after last week's hearing.

Fallon was charged along with fellow jockeys Fergal Lynch and Darren Williams and eight others by the City Of London Police.

Fallon has already had to sit out last Saturday's Coral-Eclipse meeting at Sandown.
