Racing Victoria stewards yesterday concluded the inquiry into the reason for Mark Horobin failing to deliver a sample of his urine on Friday, 25th November 2005, when directed by the Stewards to do so.

Mark Horobin was found guilty of a charge under AR81A(b) of having failed to deliver a sample of his urine to the Stewards on Friday, 25th November 2005, as directed.

In assessing penalty, Stewards took into account that Mark Horobin had been stood down from riding, from the 25th November 2005 and suspended his license to ride in races until midnight the 25th December 2005.

Mark Horobin delivered a sample of his urine to the Stewards on Saturday, 26th November 2005.

The sample was found to be negative.
